Long-Term Income From Social & Supported Housing

We connect property owners across the North of England and Scotland with contracted housing and supported-living providers who need homes on long-term leases.

Why lease to a provider?

Long-term leases

Typically 3–5+ years, giving you a settled arrangement instead of managing tenant turnover yourself.

Rent paid under the lease

Rent is paid under the terms of your lease agreement, typically regardless of occupancy — exact terms depend on the provider and scheme, and we'll make sure you understand them before you commit.

Management handled

Day-to-day management and maintenance responsibilities are set out in the lease/SLA with the provider — no letting agent, no re-advertising void periods.

A genuine social outcome

Your property houses people who need supported or social housing — family homes, HMOs, and self-contained flats under national schemes.

Which schemes?

AASC

A national scheme sourcing family homes (typically 1–5 bedrooms) and HMOs (typically 4–10 bedrooms) within a short walk of everyday amenities like shops and schools. Some local authority areas are subject to Article 4 planning restrictions on HMO use.

CAS3

A national scheme sourcing smaller self-contained properties, typically 1–3 bedrooms, for supported housing use.

Supported-living leases

Providers supporting vulnerable adults sometimes require blocks of self-contained flats with staff accommodation and parking on site, leased via a registered housing provider under a long-term arrangement.

Terms above are general descriptions of how these schemes typically work, not a specific offer — exact requirements, lease terms and rent levels are confirmed directly with each provider before anything is agreed.

Frequently asked questions

We introduce you to the housing provider (or the housing association operating underneath them) and support the process, but the lease itself is agreed directly between you and them.
This varies by scheme and provider. Some accept properties needing light refurbishment where the works are costed and scheduled; others want move-in ready stock. We'll tell you honestly whether your property fits before you go further.
Some local authorities restrict HMO conversions under Article 4 directions. We check this against current requirements before putting a property forward.
This is set out in the lease agreement with the provider and varies by scheme — we'll make sure you understand the terms before you commit to anything.
Let us know the situation and we'll advise whether it's suitable to bring forward now or once vacant.
Nothing to enquire or to be introduced to a provider. Full terms are always explained upfront before you commit to anything.
